We are sorry to hear that you are having to go through the appeal process, but please be assured that we will support and act on your behalf through the process.​
You have the option of mediation, but as the LA don't change their mind on placements, the best option is to appeal through the tribunal system.​
The cost of the tribunal package is £850.
This is the full amount payable, even if the tribunal hearing is vacated due to a consent order.​
We will prepare all the documents required to lodge the appeal with the tribunal and for this we need the following:

The final EHCP and all appendices listed in Section K.

The final EHCP letter.

A mediation certificate. This can be obtained from one of the mediation companies listed on the LA's letter.
We will liaise with the LA up to the hearing date, keep track of important dates, gather further evidence to build the case, meet with you before the tribunal and attend on the day. HELEN: IS THIS WORTH SCHEDULING IN A TOUCH BASE OPTION EVERY 4 WEEKS PERHAPS??
Our Terms & Conditions and consent form will be sent via adobe sign. This enables you to sign electronically without the need to print. The consent form enables us to act on your behalf and if you agree for your information to be shared then please tick the first box. ​
The invoices are sent via a separate email and you are able to pay by credit or debit card by clicking on the link. The first payment is required for us to start the process. ​
Payment Options
We accept Debit and Credit cards for one off payments, and we use Go Cardless if you wish to spread the costs*. Once agreed an invoice will be sent to your email for payment.

The company was set up as Solihull SEND Consultancy in October 2016 to try and make a difference to families in Solihull that were finding it more and more difficult to access the ever dwindling free services available to them.
