Due to rising business costs and the growing time required for each case, we will be updating our prices effective from 8th September 2025.

Highlights from the Year

Supporting Families Nationwide – working with over 30 Local Authorities.
Refusal to Assess Appeals: 13 cases - 2 were conceded before the hearing and 11 were ordered by the tribunal for the LA to carry out an assessment. 100% success rate. 12 out of the 13 went on to receive EHCP’s
Section I Appeals: 15 cases - 11 conceded before the hearing and parent preference school named, 4 were ordered by tribunal and 3 named parent preference school.
Contents Appeals: 22 cases - 13 conceded before the hearing and all named parent preference school. 8 were ordered by tribunal and 7 named parent preference school.
Second-tier tribunal: Successfully guided a parent (note: we cannot represent at these hearings).
