DLA and
PIP Form Support

DLA (Disability Living Allowance) and PIP (Personal Independence Payment) is a benefit that helps with the extra costs of a long-term health condition or disability.
The forms are available on the gov.uk website and if you click on the picture it will take you to their website.
We can support with completing the forms and informing you of the evidence you will need to send to support your application. Appointments are by telephone and last approximately 1 hour. We advise that you take copies of the form and any evidence you send with your application.
We offer a collection and return service depending on availability and distance or the forms can be posted to us at:

If we return your forms by post we will send via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We can also support with Mandatory Reconsiderations and appeals. Please be aware though that we are not able to represent at an appeal hearing, only be in attendance.

Payment Options
We accept Debit and Credit cards for one off payments, and we use Go Cardless if you wish to spread the costs*. Once agreed an invoice will be sent to your email for payment.

Support for SEND (formally Solihull SEND Consultancy) is managed by Helen Ingham. The company was set up as Solihull SEND Consultancy in October 2016 to try and make a difference to families in Solihull that were finding it more and more difficult to access the ever dwindling free services available to them.
